For general planning purposes, full-service seasonal catering typically falls within the following ranges:

• Cocktail Receptions: approximately $30–$60 per guest

• Buffet or Station-Style Events: approximately $40–$75 per guest

• Plated or Family-Style Dinners: approximately $50–$100 per guest

• Events scheduled during peak holiday weeks may require minimums
